Our company is a specialized producer of 'Kaixun' brand finance-related equipments. Currently our main lines include counterfeit-identifying currency-counting machines and computerized fully automatic note-binding machines. Moreover, we have also developed a series of electrical hoists, hoist frames and electrical vehicles for materials handling applications. With capital worth in excess of USD3,000,000, we have fixed assets valued at USD770,000. In order to expand our manufacturing capacity, we are now engaged in enlarging our production facilities from 5,600 to 8,600 square meters. This new factory will be installed with 102 sets of production equipment and 23 testing apparatus. Employing a total of 258 employees, 60 of our personnel are professional technicians and management staff. Having obtained a state-issued production permit for financial equipments, we have also received ISO9002 quality system certification. These authorizations are in addition to 'CE' and 'GS' attestations we have obtained for individual product series. Meanwhile, our WJDKX-993B intelligent counterfeit-identifying note-counting machine and KX-H belt-ironed fully automatic note-binding machine have separately passed new product technology appraisals. In October 2001 we received government authorization to independently conduct import and export activities. Our products already enjoy popularity in China, and are also being exported to clients in more than 30 countries and regions worldwide. Currently, our main overseas markets include Europe, North America, Africa and Southeast Asia. In order to sustain our long-term growth, we regularly introduce innovative new products. We recently developed the WJDKX993E2 multi-country note-counting machine, which is applicable for use with numerous currencies; including RMB, USD and Euros. Furthermore, we are now outputting KX-H5 table-style computerized automatic note-binding machines, which utilise the latest technologies and are the smallest item of its kind in the domestic market. Over the past years, we have created a sales network with 27 branches and offices in major cities around China.
